SSI course

Try Scuba – 1.000 rs

The SSI Try Scuba program is the best way to try scuba diving for the first time. You will be in protected water and well supervised by your instructor, so that you can enjoy those unforgettable first breaths underwater and experience the magic of scuba diving. At the end of this short course, you will have obtained your SSI Try Scuba recognition card and will undoubtedly want to dive again. Basic DIVER – 2.600 rs

In the SSI Basic Diver program, you will learn the skills and knowledge you need to try diving up to 12 meters deep with an SSI Professional. It is a great way to explore the underwater world more fully as you try diving. The entire Basic Diver program can be credited towards the Scuba Diver or Open Water Dive programs within 6 months, so you can take the next step in your dive adventure.

SCUBA DIVER – 12.500 rs

Using online learning, confined and open water dives, the SSI Scuba Diver program is a perfect foundation to become a confident and safe diver. You will learn all you need to scuba dive in open water up to 12 meters deep with an SSI Professional. In this program, you will complete almost half of the Open Water Diver course training and can upgrade your certification easily. You just need to complete the remaining academic and confined water sessions, plus two open water training dives.

Open Water Diver – 20.000 rs

This globally recognized certification program is the best way to begin your lifelong adventures as a certified scuba diver. Personalized training is combined with in-water practice sessions to ensure you have the skills and experience required to become truly comfortable underwater. You will earn the SSI Open Water Diver certification.

After 6 training courses in the pool and 4 training sessions at sea (training) or 7 dives in the natural environment as well as a theoretical course, you can obtain the Open Water Diver SSI certification. It allows to evolve (depending on the legislation of the country), up to 18 meters deep within the framework of a relative autonomy.

Advanced Adventurer – 18.500 rs

If you cannot decide which specialty programs are the best choice for you, join the SSI Advanced Adventurer program! With this program, you can try a variety of specialties before committing to full specialty programs. It is a great way to experience what advanced diver training is all about and how valuable it can be to your diving adventures. During the Advanced Adventurer Program, you will try out 5 different specialties. You will complete one open water training dive per specialty after a comprehensive briefing with your SSI Instructor. With this trial program in specialty diving, you will have total freedom to explore. You can complete the full specialty programs any time in the future and credit your Advanced Adventurer training towards them.

Specialty – Dive Stress & Rescue – 20.500 rs

The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue specialty program teaches you the skills you need to protect yourself and other divers. You will learn how to identify stress, how to prevent accidents and be taught practical techniques to conduct rescues and provide emergency care. With a combination of pool and open water practice sessions, you will become well prepared and confident at handling emergency and rescue situations. Upon completion, you will earn the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty certification.

Specialty – Deep Diving – 12.500 rs

The SSI Deep Diving Specialty will teach you all you need to dive to depths between 18 and 40 meters, through a mixture of academic sessions and open water dives. You will learn to plan and safely complete your deep diving adventures and use computers and gas consumption calculations to get the most from your deep dives. Upon completion, you will earn your SSI Deep Diving Specialty certification and be able to explore beautiful deep dive sites wherever you choose. This SSI Specialty is also a prerequisite for some advanced training, making it the next logical step to take in your dive education.

Specialty – Wreck diving – 8.500 rs

Many of the ocean’s best dive sites are wrecks. These impressive structures attract unusually high densities of marine life and give you the chance to immerse in living history as you dive. There is nothing quite like wreck diving and the SSI Wreck Diving specialty will give you all the skills and knowledge you need to become a safe and confident wreck diver. With a combination of academic and confined water sessions, you will be taught how to safely conduct non-penetration dives around wrecks and artificial reefs, up to a depth of 30 meters. You will also get to practice your wreck diving skills during open water training dives. All of which will ensure you can enjoy wreck diving with confidence and get the most out of every dive. Specialty – Nitrox – 5.500 rs

As a Nitrox diver, you can increase your bottom times and safety margins, plus shorten your surface intervals – so you can spend more time diving and less time waiting! In this program, you will learn new skills and increase your diving knowledge whilst learning how to safely plan and dive with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen. Upon completion, you will earn an SSI Enriched Air Nitrox 32% or 40% certification.

Specialty – Perfect Buoyancy – 8.500 rs

The SSI Perfect Buoyancy specialty is the best way to improve your buoyancy and get the most from every dive. Buoyancy is an essential dive skill, but any diver will tell you it takes time to perfect. The Perfect Buoyancy specialty will teach you advanced buoyancy skills and techniques, so you can master your buoyancy more quickly and enjoy more relaxed dive adventures. In this fascinating program, you will also learn new skills that protect the environment and work in every diving situation. Upon completion, you will earn the SSI Perfect Buoyancy Specialty certification. With better buoyancy skills, you will soon be able to hover with ease and take the underwater photographs you dream of!

PADI course


Lesson in the pool and 1 dive in the sea (12m)

You learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI professional. If you’re doing an open water dive, you’ll practice a few extra skills in shallow water to prepare for your adventure. Prepare to:

  • See the scuba gear you use to dive and how easily you can move underwater with your gear.
  • Discover what it is like to breathe underwater.
  • Learn the key skills you will use on every dive.
  • Have fun swimming and exploring.

2 pool sessions and 2 sea training dives (12m)

  • Knowledge Development (online, independent study or in class) to understand the basic principles of scuba diving – only the first three of five sections of the Open Water Diver course.
  • Confined water dives to learn basic scuba skills – just the first three of five Open Water Diver course dives.

Open water dives to use your skills and explore – just two of the four Open Water Diver course dives.

To enroll in a PADI Open Water Diver (or Junior Open Water Diver) course, you must be 10 years of age or older. You must know how to swim and be in good physical health. No prior scuba diving experience is required.


5 adventure dives.
You will plan your learning path with your instructor choosing from a long list of adventure dives. There are two mandatory dives – Deep and Underwater Navigation – and you choose the other three, for a total of five dives. During deep adventure diving, you learn to plan dives to deal with the physiological effects and challenges of deep scuba diving. The underwater navigation adventure dive hones your compass navigation skills and helps you better orient yourself using pulse cycles, visual cues, and time.


Pool training and 5 dives
Prepares you to deal with diving emergencies, both minor and major, using a variety of techniques. Through knowledge building and rescue drills, you learn what to look for and how to respond. During rescue scenarios, you practice your knowledge and skills. The topics covered are:

  • Self-rescue
  • Recognition and management of stress in other divers
  • Emergency Management and Equipment
  • Rescue of panicked divers
  • Rescue of unconscious divers


The PADI Divemaster course teaches you how to be a leader and take charge of diving activities. Through knowledge development sessions, water skill drills and workshops, and hands-on assessment, you develop the skills needed to organize and lead a variety of scuba diving activities. Topics and hands-on workshops include:

  • The role and characteristics of the PADI Divemaster
  • Supervision of diving activities and assistance to student divers.
  • Diver safety and risk management
  • The programs conducted by the Divemaster and the specialized skills
  • The diving business and your career
  • Knowledge of the diving environment
  • Dive preparation and management
  • Mapping an open water site
  • Conducting dive briefings
  • Organization of a search and recovery project and a deep dive.
  • Organization of a diving review and a freediving course.
  • Help with the Discover Scuba Diving program and the animation of the Discover Local Diving programs.
